This oil-free moisturizer contains 1/2% hydrocortisone, which is an inflammatory agent. This will reverse redness, swelling, and any irritation caused by an alpha hydrozy, Retin-A, or other products. This product is an excellent oil-free moisturizer for acne-prone skin or it can be used as a soothing eye gel. The refirming gel can be applied in the morning or at night as needed.
